Whether it is a small gathering, a festival or a large corporate event, we can cater for all needs and budgets with our custom built bars.

Our standard bars are handmade, purpose built, wooden bars that are varnished. All bars are stocked with a large range of premium products, and we are happy to source local products and special requirements. When you hire a bar from Bar Hire Solutions, you are getting a fully stocked and fully staffed bar – taking away the stress of organising staff.

Each bar is different depending on the customer’s needs. Below are some ideas of where our bars can be used, but we understand that every booking is different and we are as flexible as we can be to meet your needs.

Corporate bars

All our staff are qualified and professional, so you can rest assured that we will provide you with a high quality service at your event. All our bars can be tailored to your requirements, and the bar itself can be branded with your company logo or product you are promoting.

Businesses can chose to hire an all-inclusive service, a paying bar, or bar tab.

For corporate events we can offer a champagne reception for your guests, and we can make sure that our bar is stocked with your clients’ favourite drinks to make the right impression.

Festivals

Come rain or shine we can provide the perfect bar for your festival. We can provide custom-built, fully staffed bars for both indoor and outdoor use.

Want alfresco drinking in a field? We have our own marquee, seating area, lighting and power if you do not have this readily available.
